ciao a tutti! bazzicando sul nostro omonimo americheeno, splitboard.com, sono appena venuto a conoscenza del programma di sostituzione di Spark! Spark offre la sostituzione gratuita di tutti i coltelli sabertooth versione 1 e 2, e dei relativi snodi di pari versione, con il nuovo set di versione 4!!! Qualcuno di voi si è già mosso o informato in merito? Io ho sentito Backcountry.it, ma loro non hanno ricevuto informazioni da Spark. Nel frattempo sto aspettando risposta da Zero G a Chamonix... |

Ciao! Anch'io ho contattato Zero G, super rapidi nella risposta. In breve, dicono di rivolgersi al warranty centre più vicino (per me Promosport di Torino, dove ho comprato attacchi e rampant) e che necessitano dello scontrino che attesti che l'acquisto è avvenuto presso un rivenditore autorizzato. Vi giro quello che hanno detto: Hi Thanks for your message. Zero G is active in the Sabertooth replacement programme in France only. If you live in another country please contact the warranty centre in your country by checking here: http://www.sparkrandd.com/dealer-locator/ So, if you are in France (or you bought your crampons from us) then we are very happy to help with your warranty request. Please note that we require proof of purchase for your defective Spark article if bought elsewhere than here, to confirm that you bought from an authorized retailer (ie not from ebay, grey market or second hand). To do the replacement, please send your replacable crampons and/or brackets (read Spark's chart first) to us at this address: Zero G attn TOM Spark SAV 90 Avenue Ravanel le Rouge 74400 Chamonix FRANCE We will destroy your defective articles and send you new gear. Please note colours can't be matched (replacements are always black) and the return shipping is on you. We pay the shipping back. Grazie nabaca! Sul link che riporti tu c'è anche backcountry.it (dai quali avevo comprato attacchi e rampant) che però mi ha già risposto "nisba". Proverò a sentire ProsPort di Vicenza. |

Ragazzi, dovete sentire nuovamente ZeroG, lui è stato predisposto da Spark come centro ricambi per gestire questa operazione in Francia/Spagna/Italia, i rivenditori normali non sono stati riforniti con i ricambi appositi, quindi non possono sostituirli. |
