Anch'io ho contattato Zero G, super rapidi nella risposta.
In breve, dicono di rivolgersi al warranty centre più vicino (per me Promosport di Torino, dove ho comprato attacchi e rampant) e che necessitano dello scontrino che attesti che l'acquisto è avvenuto presso un rivenditore autorizzato.

Zero G is active in the Sabertooth replacement programme in France only. If you live in another country please contact the warranty centre in your country by checking here:
http://www.sparkrandd.com/dealer-locator/ So, if you are in France (or you bought your crampons from us) then we are very happy to help with your warranty request. Please note that we require proof of purchase for your defective Spark article if bought elsewhere than here, to confirm that you bought from an authorized retailer (ie not from ebay, grey market or second hand).
To do the replacement, please send your replacable crampons and/or brackets (read Spark's chart first) to us at this address:

We will destroy your defective articles and send you new gear. Please note colours can't be matched (replacements are always black) and the return shipping is on you. We pay the shipping back.
Finally, please don't send anything that doesn't meet the above requirements or doesn't comply with Spark's grid. This will result in you having the gear returned to you, with a bill for shipping! If you're not sure, call us and check.
